Beef Jerky 2 cups soy sauce
1 cup apple juice
1 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
5 pounds roast sliced thin
