Beef Jerky

1 lb Beef
1/4 c Soy sauce
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Ginger powder
1/2 ts Salt
Fresh ground pepper

Cut beef into 1/4" thick strips. Mix all ingredients together, making sure that all surfaces are coated. Marinate in a covered dish in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Lay on a rack on a cookie sheet - do not overlap. Bake in a 150 F. oven for 6 hours, then turn and bake for another 4 hours. Store in a sealer in the fridge. Will stay fresh for about 2 weeks.
